Write to us: the board is unlocked

Questions about the boards themselves come to us. Anything about an order goes to the store that took it, because they hold the order and we do not.

1. Tell us the boardIts size and frame color, or the name on the page you were reading.
2. Tell us what it doesFor example: “erase button clears only half the screen” or “which size for a five-year-old?”
3. Leave the order number outWe cannot look up orders. For delivery, returns or refunds, open the order page at the partner store.

We read every message and answer the ones about our products, about choosing a size, about partnerships and about privacy.
