Before you press erase: questions and answers

How does the screen draw without ink?

The screen reacts to pressure. Where the stylus presses, the surface shows a bright line; press harder and the line gets thicker.

Can I erase one line only?

No. The erase button clears the entire screen at once.

What does the lock switch do?

It disables the erase button so a drawing cannot be cleared by accident. Slide it back to erase again.

Does it make any sound?

No. There is no speaker and nothing to turn down.

Which sizes do you make?

8.5, 10, 12, 16 and 20 inches, measured across the screen diagonal.

What is the youngest age in your listings?

Age 2, on the green dinosaur and pink unicorn 8.5 inch boards and the yellow 10 inch classic.

Which board is the lightest?

The 10 inch classic at 150 grams. The 16 inch tablet is about 300 grams.

Do the frame colors work differently?

No. Within one size, color is the only difference.

Is the battery included?

Yes, it is fitted before the board leaves the factory.

How long does it last?

Up to six months on our classic sizes, because power is used only when the screen is erased.

How do I clean the board?

With a soft dry cloth. Do not use water or sprays on the screen.

I lost the stylus. Now what?

A smooth, blunt plastic tip draws as well. Avoid anything sharp.

Where do I buy a board?

Each buy button opens that board at our partner store, where the order is placed and paid for.

Who do I ask about delivery?

The partner store, from your order page. We do not see orders or tracking numbers.

How do returns and warranty work?

Through the same order page at the store you bought from. They set the return window and handle replacements.

What can I ask you directly?

Anything about the boards themselves: sizes, features, care. Write to [email protected].
