Tracking lives on your order page at the store. We do not receive tracking numbers and cannot chase a parcel.
Inside: one board and one stylus. Pull the battery tab if there is one, draw a line, press erase.
If a parcel is late, damaged or missing, the store's order page is the fastest route: it has the order, the carrier and the tools to fix it.
